If you want to confirm your reservation you have to pay minimum 50,-€ on our account in Germany

The rest you have to pay 4 weeks before arriving

2)Storno:
You get back your advance if you cancel 30 days  before arriving by e-mail (please send your banc details)
29 to 14 days before  25%,
13 to  7 days  before  50%,
and 6 days before arriving 60%
and later  85%  of the price

A confirmation of your reservation will be send when the advance arrive at our account
